R&D Software Manager – Technology and Innovation

Position Requirements

Industry Experience: 10+ years in software management, ideally within a technology-intensive or software-centric industry.
Technical Expertise: You maintain hands-on experience in software development, keeping your programming skills up-to-date.
Leadership & Organization: You are adept at managing complex projects and diverse teams, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborative Mindset: You work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, scientists, and product managers, creating a collaborative and innovative environment.
Product Involvement: You have a technical understanding of our solutions and work closely with the development teams to ensure ongoing improvement.

Key Technical Skills

• DevOps (experience with Azure DevOps is a plus), Git, CI/CD
• .NET (C#)
• Desktop UI development using MVVM (experience with WPF is a plus)
• ORM (Entity Framework Core)

Additional Skills

• Firmware development (C/C++, STM32)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in software for biotech and healthcare applications
• Experience with distributed software systems
